Refund Policy
Sellarix AI ("us", "we", or "our") offers refunds under the following conditions:
Yearly Contracts:
If an account is paid on yearly contracts and is within the first 30 days of the contract agreement, the following additional terms apply:
- Usage must be less than 25% of the monthly allowed usage.
- Refunds are only applicable if usage falls within the specified threshold.
Monthly Rolling Subscriptions:
Monthly rolling subscriptions are not refundable if you have paid for another month on the subscription.
Exceeding Contracted Usage:
Usage billed over the contracted usage is not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing:
- Accepted refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds will appear within 7-14 business days of approval processing.
- Refunds can only be paid to the original payment method.
Cancellation and Downgrade:
- Customers have the right to cancel a monthly subscription at any time or downgrade to a cheaper plan.
- Yearly contracts are fixed until the end of the contract term and cannot be cancelled or downgraded before the contract expiration.
Legal Disclaimer:
Please note that:
- We shall not be responsible for refunding any differences caused by changes in currency exchange rates or fees charged by third parties, such as wire transfer fees.
- After the refund period, the subscription fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- If we find that a notice of cancellation has been given in bad faith or in an illegitimate attempt to avoid payment for services actually received and enjoyed, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
- Upon termination by the customer, all outstanding payment obligations shall immediately become due for the used subscription term.
